[Gate-users] Phantom scaled down in Gate version 6.2?

Dear GATE-users, 

I simulated a PET measurement of a voxelized phantom/source with cylinders of different diameters using vGATE with Gate version 6.0 p01 and reconstructed the images. Afterwards I repeated the same simulation (only some changes in the macro files e.g. new physic models) using the new vGATE 2.1 with Gate version 6.2. 
When comparing the reconstructed images, there seem to be drastic differences. One major one is that the reconstructed phantom of the new version had a different size where it seems to be scaled down a little. Is this a common issue? 
I would be very happy if someone could help me and comment this topic.
