[Gate-users] Shepp-Logan phantom in mhd format as voxelized source

Dear Pawel,

as far as I know the current version of GATE can only read interfile headers and corresponding images stored as 16 byte unsigned integer values. Your image contains 64bit double values and I don't think GATE is able to read them properly at the moment. I have converted your file using Fiji and attached it (multiplied the voxel values by 10, so as to end up with integer values). I also attach an exemplary header file. The header should work for this phantom, you would still have to adjust the scaling factors according to your needs.

You can check out the example at "your_gate_dir/examples/example_PHANTOM_SOURCE/Voxelized_Phantom_Source" to see how to use it.
