[Gate-users] Defining crystal surfaces

The same macro is running fine with GATE 6.1. Also, the ascii output
command is giving same problem:
/gate/output/ascii/enable
/gate/output/ascii/setFileName asci_ECAM_coli_0_-20.1_0
/gate/output/ascii/setOutFileHitsFlag 1
/gate/output/ascii/setOutFileSinglesFlag 1
command /gate/output/ascii/enable not found. Please help.
