Dear GATE users,
Hello,
I am simulating a pixelated-crystal SPECT system using GATE 6.2.
I have faced a problem in simulation of NEMA image-quality phantom regarding projection/interfile output.
In my output, I see that in all projection images, the counts are all located at the center of the head (or image), and not correctly distributed (or historgrammed). The question now is: "How can I tackle such a problem?"
Here are the commands used to set the digitizer parameters and acquire the projection output.
/gate/digitizer/Singles/insert adder
/gate/digitizer/Singles/insert readout
/gate/digitizer/Singles/readout/setDepth 2
/gate/output/projection/enable
/gate/output/projection/setFileName PHHiReSPECT
/gate/output/projection/pixelSizeX 1.0 mm
/gate/output/projection/pixelSizeY 1.0 mm
/gate/output/projection/pixelNumberX 128
/gate/output/projection/pixelNumberY 128
/gate/output/projection/projectionPlane YZ
I am looking forward to having your response,
Thank you in advance,
