[Gate-users] Gate version 6.2 optical example

Hello all,

Is anybody else having issues with the example_OPTICAL listed under the
examples folder in Gate version 6.2? A few of the problems I'm having:
1) compare_to_reference.C produces a segmentation fault
2) I'm not sure how the reference root file has an OpticalSingles tree in
it and why it is different to the Singles tree in the file
3) The users guide
http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/index.php/Users_Guide_V6.2:Generating_and_tracking_optical_photonssays
that there are two examples: bioluminescence.mac and fluorescence.mac.
I can't seem to find either of these files.

Could someone please help?
