[Gate-users] Setting Viewpoint Theta-Phi

Hi Amy,
try
/vis/viewer/set/viewpointThetaPhi 90 90
it will show up a warning about viewpoint direction being very close to
the up vector direction but nevertheless I think you will get the XZ
plane view
