[Gate-users] count the number of the photons getting through a special surface

Hello,

a "fluenceActor" is currently being written and could be included in the
next version. Here is the current version (without guarantee). You can take
inspiration from it to fit with your problem. Put the .cc files in the src
folder and the .hh files in the include folder of the digits_hit folder of
the source code. Re run cmake and try recompile.
