[Gate-users] Voxelized Phantom Error

Dear Taro

1- if you used GATE 5 or later you should use regularMatrix instead of
parameterizedBoxMatrix

2- you should use the phantom matrix in uint16format  and then convert it
to interfile by XMEDCON(linux Ver)

it seems other parameters are Ok
