Dear gate-users,
Anybody use IAEA phase space file in GATE for radiotherapy applications?
I have a phase space file from another MC code in IAEA format but GATE
doesn't simulate transport particles and display 0 particles in the phase
space in verbose mode. To try, I used the Rmax command and GATE displays
the "OK" debug message for each particle. That confirms me that the file is
well read. So why GATE doesn't simulate anything and close the simulation
properly?
I went into source code of GATE and maybe detect some anomalies. I'm not
sure so before going further in this way I want to know if anybody has
experience with external IAEA phase space file in GATE.
I also use an old version of GATE (v6.0). Does the routine changed in the
new versions?
Thank you for your help,
Jefferson
