[Gate-users] Sun Grid Engine (SGE) support for Gate v6.2 cluster tools

Hi Gate Users!

A few years ago, I added support for the Sun Grid Engine (SGE) to the cluster tools in Gate.

In case someone needs this, I'm re-submitting the modified files to the list. Hopefully, my changes will someday be included in the official release of Gate. :)

To submit a job to SGE, you need a script (sge.script). Simply place it in the script folder in the cluster tools. You will need to give the location of the script to the jobsplitter or set the environment variable GC_SGE_SCRIPT to point to the script.
