[Gate-users] low energy physics setup

Hi Roald!

You can choose two kinds of Low Energy models : Livermore or Penelope.
These models reproduces cross sections from database : there are slower 
than Standard models.
You can select them for a given process thanks to the command:

/gate/processes/<process>/setModel

See the macro files attached.

Note that there are no Livermore models for e+ 
ionisation/bremssttrahlung/annihilation.
