[Gate-users] how to use the forbid command properly?

Hello Ismet,
I already have that command, and I thought that's why I have the output
message of
"Confirming activity forbidden in volume 'outershell5_phys'...
Activity forbidden in volume 'outershell5_phys' confirmed"
as I wrote in the last e-mail.
