Dear Ana.

 

If I may offer some suggestions:

1.       Visualize your geometry. I have very bad experience with axis
maintenance and trpd  repeater (ring, you use other). If you find it wrong I
can help you further.

2.       Enable ascii output for singles (100-200) and run a small number of
events and check looking at coincidence times (in Excel for example) that
there are really some coincidences.

3.       Visualize your singles, and see if they are not cut by Rs of the
PETScanner. If geometry is wrong (trpd I mean), then resulting trpd falls
outside of PETScanner Rs (which sets the logical limit), and there is no
coincidences , even if you have singles.
