Hi,
Using GATE 6.1.98524,
I am planning on modifying the PET_Ecat_System example but have noticed something strange.

If I use /gate/systems/describe, the output shows only base block and crystal levels.
However, the .mac also contains references to carter, carter1, .... carter4 which are various tungsten cylinders with 'carter' being a daughter of world.
There is no mention of 'carter' in the output log. there is no mention of carter in the vicinity of 'attach' within the mac files.
There does seem to be a wireframe structure in front of the detector ring in the visualisation.

The macro seems to run OK - I have produced Ecat7 sinograms which run through STIR and produce an output image.

Should I be concerned?

Thanks

John
