[Gate-users] Simulation of perfusion and metabolism

Dear GATE-users,

I want to simulate a kinetic model of tumors and hypoxia areals in the 
tumor.
Is it possible in GATE to simulate tumor cells with all its 
characteristics like oxygen supply, perfusion and metabolism. If yes how 
can I simulate the perfusion, tracer kinetic and the metabolism in GATE?

Are there already any existing phantoms/models of tumors?.
