[Gate-users] GATE question

Hallo GATE users agian,
I've installed cygwin on my computer to install GATE. The version of it 
is gcc (GCC) 4.5.3. Is that compatible with GATE 6.1 or should I install 
the corresponding version of cygwin to get that wroking. Can somebody 
tell me, if it would be a problem, if use thsi cygwin for this GATE 
version. I would be grateful for your replay.
