[Gate-users] Simulating optical transport in monolithic crystal

Hi Everybody, 
I was wondering if anybody has successful experience in simulating 
optical photon transport for monolithic crystal in gate_v5. I was trying 
the example2 in example_OPTICAL but stopped with (example1 does runs):
