[Gate-users] Installation of gate 6.2

Hi

This errors only mean that ccmake could not find the files itself.
Acknowledge the error message and provide paths.
It also helps to source root and geant4 before running ccmake.

For example:
ECAT7_HOME                      */opt/simulation/ecat7/
LMF_HOME                        */opt/simulation/lmf_3_0/
CLHEP_CONFIG_EXECUTABLE      */opt/simulation/CLHEP_2_1_0_1/clhep-config
