Dear Gaters,
 
Here’s yet another novice Gater seeking help!
 
Attempting to run the brain phantom examples that come with GATE, I have come across an obstacle. When I try to run the mainMacro.com code, GATE is not able to find hof_brain in the VoxelizedPhantom.mac macro nor can it read the interfiles such as brain_phantom.h33 or range_atten_brain.dat.
 
They are located in the same subdirectory as the mainMacro.com so technically there should be no problems. I have been told that there might be elements missing from my GATE installation… 
I get:
 
***** Can not open a macro file <Verbose.mac>
 
src/GatePhysicsList.cc (l.604): The region 'hof_brain' does not exist !
 
***** Can not open a macro file <VoxelizedPhantom.mac>
 
 
 
Any comments / suggestions are greatly appreciated.
