These commands have been changed since Gate v6.

If LMF is not installed, all LMF related commands cannot be known by GATE.
So It is disable by default.

This was removed since Gate v6. If you want to update the geometry while
visualizing your scene, just use the /gate/geometry/rebuild command.
Otherwise, you don't need it.
