Sorry to bother you again. There's one more question that troubles me for a
while.
For Gate annotator, there are two options: saved as XML and saved as
preserved format. When we save a document as preserved format and try to
reopen it by Gate, the previous annotations by gate won't be imported and
markups are not shown in those colors under annotation sets. Therefore I am
wondering if there's anyway to import those preserved format documents and
show those markups. Sorry for bothering you again. I read through user
guide and website for days, still no resolutions. Thank you so much.  I am
looking forward to your reply.
