[Gate-users] Ways to improve GATE simulation speed

If you have access to multiple processors, I would recommend looking into
the documentation on running GATE in cluster mode.

I have had success in using this tool to speed up my simulations (but have
also conceded to using a coarser phantom than I had originally intended).
