Hello Gate Community,
I'm installing Gate for the first time and I'm running into an issue. After
installation, I attempt to start the Gate interface and run the PET
benchmark but receive a "Gate: Command not found" error.
I installed Gate by following the wiki, and the instructions from Root and
Geant. After installing Root and Geant I was able to run both individually,
without any issues.
Here are the details: Mac OS X 10.6.7, Root 5.27.06, CLHEP 2.1.0.1, Geant
4.9.4.p01, and Gate 6.1. Attached is the log file that was created when I
installed Gate. I added the definitions required by the wiki in my
env_gate.sh file before installing Gate.
I also replaced my GateCommon.gmk file with a new one that was sent out in
March specifically for Mac OS X users.
I'm fairly new to linux/unix so don't rule out simple solutions..I could be
trying to run the Gate command in the wrong directory. Ideally, if someone
could get me started running the PET benchmark, it would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks for the help,
Jason
