The SinglesSpblurring data file is the record of data right after the
spatial blurring module whereas the Singles data file is the final
record of all singles, after the thresholder and upholder. Together,
these two modules (energy window) cut down the number you see from 2344
to 2305. I am not sure about the effect (or non-effect) of quantum
efficiency but including dead time also causes such a loss and affects
the Singles data file. Hope that helps.
