[Gate-users] Gatev6.1 installation problem

Dear Gaters,
I have problem compiling Gatev6.1:
Ubuntu 10.10
Geant4.9.4.p01
CLHEP 2.1.0.1
Root 5.28
Everything fine until changing the (env_gate.sh) and compiling Gate! here is
the problem:
1-try to source (env_gate.sh), placing the command the terminal disappears.
2- compiling gate and the following errors:
GNUmakefile:16: /GateCommon.gmk: No such file or directory
GNUmakefile:17: /config/binmake.gmk: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `/config/binmake.gmk'. Stop.

Your help is highly appreciated.
