[Gate-users] Gate Ntuple and root file (positron distance).

Dear Gaters.

 

I tried to obtain in a root file data from benchmarkPET (benchPET.mac) on
Positron_anihilation_distance_mm, Positron_Kinetic_Energy_MeV and a few
others, which in Gate 5 and older appeared in Gate folder of root file and
in the root of the root file in TBrowser. I am using vGate 1 (i.e. Gate 6.0
patch 1), and even though the command /gate/output/root/setRootNtupleFlag 0
is there in my macro ( I tried to change it to value 1 also), I do not get
these histograms in a root file. benchPET.mac runs correctly. There is no
suspicious output. Wiki manual of Gate 6 states that these folder should be
created with NTuple. Only thing, is that I reduced the times of the
simulation  to 10s from original 120s and removed Oxygen15 source. 

 

The only histograms I get in the root of root file is latest_event_ID and
total_nb_primaries. 

 

Any suggestions, how to get energy and distance histograms working back?
