Hi all,
I just installed Gate v6.1 and tried to run a simple simulation with low
energy physics in to observe fluorescence. However the command below
produced a warning of 'Unknown process'
/gate/physics/addProcess LowEnergyPhotoElectric
<!> *** WARNING *** <!> Unknown process: LowEnergyPhotoElectric
I then used this command: /gate/physics/addProcess PhotoElectric with
the Livermore model but no fluorescence was apparent in the output
spectrum (as expected).
So am I doing something wrong with the physics? My full physics list is
below:
/gate/physics/addProcess PhotoElectric gamma
/gate/physics/processes/PhotoElectric/setModel LivermoreModel
/gate/physics/addProcess Compton gamma
/gate/physics/processes/Compton/setModel LivermoreModel
/gate/physics/addProcess RayleighScattering gamma
/gate/physics/processes/RayleighScattering/setModel LivermoreModel
/gate/physics/addProcess ElectronIonisation e-
/gate/physics/processes/ElectronIonisation/setModel LivermoreModel e-
/gate/physics/addProcess Bremsstrahlung e-
/gate/physics/processes/Bremsstrahlung/setModel LivermoreModel e-
/gate/physics/addProcess eMultipleScattering e-
/gate/physics/processList Enabled
/gate/physics/processList Initialized
Any help is appreciated!
Regards,
Marios
