[Gate-users] starting GATE

Hello
I a just staring with GATE. Start running examples is am little bit frustrating.
The installation is good because I was able to run both SPECT and PEt benchmarks. Then starting with examples one find at the beginning of the user manual, you have what you find below.
The (too naive!) questions:
1. after staring gate I don't go in the preinit mode but directley in the idle mode
2. Any number you put in the vis/scene/endOfEventAction accumulate command, the answer is that you
should change because of memory
3. Then for the command /gate/cylindricalPET/setMaterial Water
it says that this doesn't exists.
I hope that somebody can help.
