[Gate-users] How to create a Hoffman phantom?

Dear Tatsuya
"GateMaterialDatabase: did not load properties table for material  'Vacuum'.
This is only a problem when OPTICAL PHOTONS are transported in this
material"
this is just a warning when using optical photons and is not error.

but "PANIC! - G4SmartVoxelHeader::BuildNodes()
        Daughter physical volume hof_brainVoxel_PVP
        is entirely outside mother logical volume hof_brain_L !!
*** G4Exception : InvalidSetup
     issued by : G4SmartVoxelHeader::BuildNodes()
Overlapping daughter with mother volume."

I had this error before with GATE5 but this is not appeared with Gate4,6.
If you like to use GATE5, I think please change the "
parameterizedBoxMatrix" to "compressedMatrix" to solve your problem.
