Hi, 
My previous question about the root file might not be clear, so I will rephrase the question and insert the pictures in between ( I am not sure whether you can view them or not)

1. What does the height of the following diagram represent ?? the intensity of the source at that particular point? or is it the accumulated value after acquisition ? 
2. If there are several sources in the same direction for example in this case, at the z direction, in the center and at posistion -78mm there were 3 point sources. Is the value of the source position in z direction the accumulation of these 3 point sources ??  
3. Anybody have any idea, why does the value in the -65 mm of z direction above looks like lower than the value in the center? I have set all three point sources to have the same value 
4. What does Globalposition in the root file represent ?
