[Gate-users] Expand Gate to used not yet implemented Geant4 functionality

Hello

I was wondering if it is possible to implement features which exist in
Geant4 into Gate for certain simulations.
I want to use a magnetic field, which is currently not supported by
Gate.

Is it possible to integrate certain classes, functions or features of
Geant4, like the above mentioned magnetic field?

I do not mind C++ programming but I would definitely need some
guidelines. Are there programmers guidelines or other documentation for
this respect?
Does anybody have a few hints for me?

Another thing I'm interested in is Cherenkov Radiation which is
currently not implemented.
