Hey,
As this warning only concern the visualization, this is not a problem, a
soon as you disable the visualization during the real run of your
simulation.
The geometry does not automatically updates itself since version 6 (since it
could possibly slow down the initialization if you have a very big number of
complicated volumes).
To do so you have to use the command "/gate/geometry/rebuild".
This should work.
