you have not "source" relevant environment values

before to compile or run Gate, don't forget to setup all needed directory and
libs, usually by sourcing a bash file.

Objet : [Gate-users] First run error: benchmarkPET.mac

Dear All,

I am starting running Gate benchmark problem for PET after the first time
installation (version 4.0) and got this error.

./bin/Linux-g++/Gate: error while loading shared libraries: libG4readout.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can I get any hint?

Btw: how to search the archives? I can't figure

Thanks a lot

-Yiming
