Dear Gaters,

I am trying to simulate the Hoffman brain phantom (SPECT) - the example
that comes with the source code works perfectly. However, I want to know
how to generate the header file (.h33) and the binary file (.i33) for
this and probably other phantoms like the XCAT phantom. XCAT will give
attenuation and activity binaries (raw data with no header) but these
are not interfile format. Can the XCAT binary files be used in GATE or
do they have to be changed to interfile using some conversion software?
Also, what do I use for the header file? Will a conversion tool like
MedCon generate the header file too?

I have and will go through the user guide but the
suggestions/information I get from this user community always helps to a
great extent.

Sincerely looking to get some pointers :-)

Thank you,

Ramya
