Hi,
if you simulate a double-head PET camera, be sure to set
/gate/digitizer/Coincidences/minSectorDifference 1
.
The default is "2", this is the difference between the detectors that
registered your coincidence. That means, a coincidence can not occur in
2 detectors that are directly next to each other. For a fulring this is
definitely reasonable, but for a double-head camera this does not work
and has to be set to "1".
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Marlen
