[Gate-users] using ARF tables -- Gate v.6.0_p01

Dear Gate-users,

When using ARF tables for SPECT simulations under GATE v.6.0_p01, Gate
crashes when attempting to output the projections (the
GateToInterfile::RecordEndOfRun() method is missing a call to
StreamOutARFProjection().  A small patch is attached that gets this working.
