[Gate-users] NEMA phantom activity specification

Dear Gate users,

I am trying to specify activity in the NEMA_IQ 2001 phantom in GATE.
What I used is the standard 15mCi/70kg body, which amounts to 7928 Bq/ml (
555000000Bq/70kg)x(1kg/1000ml=7928Bq/ml)
The volume of the background is 3.14x14^2x21.35=13146 and therefore the
activity to the background is 13146x7928=104221488 Bq. For the other hot
spheres, I muliptly the volume of the sphere by 7928 Bq/ml times 8 for
contrast of 8 to 1 ratio. Is this the right way to specify activity or do I
need to specify total activity 15mCi to the background and 15mCi x 8 for the
hot spheres?

Is there a way to visualize the sources with GATE 4.0 ?
