Hi Lipeng,
Images that you get using the NCAT program contain float data (32 bits).
Gate is only able to read unsigned short int data (16 bits).
Many tools can convert the images (like imagej, matlab, and many others).
Or you can write a beautiful C code to do that in just few lines.
