[Gate-users] COMMAND NOT FOUND

Dear Gate owners and gaters
I want to use the syntax “/gate/source/name/visualize count color size” which is described in the users’ guide V6 to visualize the C12 source, but the GATE gives the following error:
COMMAND NOT FOUND </gate/source/C12/visualize 20 red 2>
Please help me to solve the problem. Thank you~
