[Gate-users] Dose_calculation_GATE6

Dear Gaters,
I installed GATE6.0.0 correctly. I have 2 question about running:
1- when I ran it for dose calculation in voxel_phantom the output file was
created but it was empty and No any dose collected in any pixel of phantom.
(in attachment there is output dose file and it's uncertainty files). in
GATE4.0.0 I used /gate/geometry/enableAutoUpdate for dose calculation. but
according to GATE6.0.0 release Note:

"  Regarding the geometry description : all commands related to the
“updating” are removed ,
  – User should remove /gate/geometry/enableAutoUpdate from the macro file."

we can't use this command and gate give the following error:

[G4-cerr] ***** COMMAND NOT FOUND </gate/geometry/enableAutoUpdate> *****
[Gate] Sorry, error in a macro command : abort.

how can i solve this problem in GATE6.0.0?

2- the gate prompt is idle> instead of preInt>,  is it a problem for GATE6
running and it's results?
