Hi Eunsin,
I realize that I was not so clear ...
by saying "follows the repeater you used to create your array" I want to say
"0, 1, 2 ... are first following X, then Y and then Z".
If you have a repeater X*2, Y*3 and Z*4, you will have 0 for crystal
(0,0,0), 1 for (1,0,0), 2 for (0,1,0), 3 for (1,1,0), ...
