Hi,
I have never used STIR at all, so about STIR I cannot help you a lot.
About LMF3/ECT7, what I send to you is the source code of the library you need to compile and link with the software you need to read/write LMF3/ECAT7 data.
So if for example you want to write LFM3 data with GATE, use this lib when you link GATE and activate the LMF3 output.
If you need to read LMF3 data from an other software, link the software with LMF lib and then use the "read LMF data option" in your software (STIR or anything else).
Regards,
Samuel

Apparently everyone.

Samuel,
Thank you very much for this. Just wanted to confirm, if I have my scanner output set to LMF, would this package be sufficient to act as an interface between GATE LMF and STIR.
Appreciate your response.
Cordially,
Michelle.
