Dear Simon,
The thing that really happen is that, just one of the single of each
coincidence radiated the pixel that is specified along the X-axis and
otherwise to the point  that source is back-to-back the second single would
not be along the opposite direction of  X-axis completely and radiates many
other pixel on the opposite side.
