[Gate-users] NCAT Source-phantom

Dear Claudia,
The deafult position of the voxellized source is in the 1st quarter. So the
voxellized source has to be shifted over half its dimension in the negative
direction on each axis.
Also , ParamterisedBoxMatrix is not defined in GATE5. If you used it please
change it to compressedMatrix or regularMatrix(according to the GATE users).
