I tried yet at Internet explorer and Mozilla as even in Windows Vista 
and Linux.

What should I do to acess the area ?

The same thing happened with my older username, in december I create a 
new one and dowloaded the Gate.

Now I am looking to download the new version with the user that I create 
in december.
