[Gate-users] voxelize fantom

Dear Dimitri,
you can use zubal phantom as a voxelised anthropomorphic phantom(it is free
) from Yale university. Or you can construct NCAT voxelised phantom that can
be downloaded from the Internet.
after this, you should convert your phantom to interfile format(uint 16) and
then follow the gate users guide to complete your simulation.
