Hi Dounia,

as far as I know, all coincidences are stored. Not only trues, but all 
prompts.
In then user guide (I searched in version 3.1.1., probably in the newer ones 
it is also described) is written, that you can choose, what happens with 
multiple coincidences (TakeAllGoods, TakeWinnerOfGoods, ....)
Futhermore you can add delayed windows for random coincidences, as you do in 
experiment.
But if you only want to know, if your gamma-pair really comes from ONE 
annihilation and is NOT a random coincidence, than you can have a look at the 
eventID.
"Each Single emitted from a given source particle is stored with an event ID 
number, which uniquely identify the decay from which the single is coming 
from. If two eventID numbers are not identical in a coincident event, the 
event is defined as a Random coincidence." (page 113, UserGuide3.1.1).
