Hi Elizabeth,

With your attached file, I understand your problem.
The GateMaterials.db file is automatically search in the $GATEHOME
directory.
So when you use a cluster, you have to be sure that all of your jobs import
the environment variable. It could be the source of the problem.
Another source can be that your $GATEHOME directory is only visible by your
submitter (machine on which you submit your jobs), and so each job will not
find the $GATEHOME directory, even if the variable is imported in the
environment.
