Hi all.
Thanks for the xmedcon tip.
I have now converted the individual frames output by the MCAT phantom to
dicom, using XMEDCON I have converted these to a 4D stack DICOM, a warning
does however occur stating "DICM inappropriate for non planar dynamic
studies".
The resultant output is all the time frames stacked on top of each other so
not really a dynamic study. With Image J hyperstack I can play the dynamic
study but was hoping for just one dynamic DICOM file.
I can one dynamic NIFTI file if I convert the time frame files to NIFTI
format, but unfortunately not DICOM. I would like to attempt to load this
data into a Philips scanner.
Does DICOM support the type of file format I am looking for? Any
suggestions on how I can obtain just one 4D dicom dynamic file?
Thanks
Emma
