[Gate-users] ion source

Hi Andrew,

Claire is right as we had this problem before with versions 4/5.
It finally worked with a modification in
../source/management/src/GateTrajectory.cc of gate_v5.

I checked the routine with the same name in gate_v6, but it
now looks completely different and I cannot see, whether the
same problem (the ion was not encoded) again causes the
ion not to be "visible"

I guess, only the experts can help in this issue.
